Basic Functions

• Within the mission, vision and values of the hospital promote and support the development of nursing team, through continued assessment and professional development of nursing team to enable the delivery of high quality, evidence-based care and practice.
• Develop, implement and evaluate evidenced based standards of nursing practices/ guidelines in the area of specialty.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor Nursing Degree or the equivalent qualification from an accredited institution,
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical nursing experience in the area of speciality in a tertiary hospital, which includes 4 years of progressive administrative positions or 2 years in comparable position with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Data analysis and interpretation skills, familiar in working with HIS.
• Excellent in written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.

Contract:
